The fact that he printed out rankings and a photo for each of the dad’s is some serious dedication to the craft. Most people would just record a tier ranker program online.
Disagree about the Sultan though, yes he’s naïve and overprotective in the beginning. But he doesn’t want to force Jasmine to marry someone she doesn’t like and is well aware of his own shortcomings. He deserves a B tier at least.
They say the whole reason the Disney family emigrated from Kilkenny to Canada in the 1800s is to escape the Sharpson clan’s persistent (and perceptive) ranking of everything they did. Hey, THEY started it, with that misunderstanding that led to the local faeries transforming the Sharpsons.

I liked this a lot , plus Pacha gets a mention (as a non Disney person T.E.N.G. is probably my favourite disney movie as its basically NOT a disney movie.
Not including Pixar though means you miss out on the super dad Marlin from finding Nemo , plus as an Irish person , despite the fact they’re Scots , King Fergus from Brave is probably the most coded like an Irish dad , (basically the mammy does everything and they doa lot of sitting around chilling out with their kids telling them stories )
